THE MBSR IN PERSON WORKSHOP

Everyday tools for navigating challenges, building resilience, and cultivating joy. An 8-week in-person workshop to help you bring peace and presence into daily life.

8 Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program for treating a variety of illnesses such as depression, anxiety and chronic pain.

BY ANNEKE KIRSTEN

While short bursts of pressure can help us to rise to meet a challenge, long-term stress can have a major impact on our physical and mental health. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) aims to help participants to practice more effectively use their minds to enable them to turn off the stress response.
The core skill that you will learn in this 8 week (2hrs per week) program is ‘mindfulness’; a way of paying attention, on purpose and non-judgementally, to what goes on in the present moment in your body, mind, and the world around you.

Mindful living is a healthier, more connected and fulfilling way to live. Whether you’re searching for a way to manage stress levels, chronic and pain and illness, or increasing your resilience both personally and professionally, this MBSR course will help you activate your potential and provide you with a framework for reaching your goals.
